Staghero.com brand is part of CORPOLAND GROUP, owned by MK WINTS Events Co.; registered at Ludwiki 4/28, 01-226 Warsaw, Poland; Company ID: 011535362; Tax Identification Number (NIP): 113-014-66-59; VAT EU: PL1130146659.

Corpoland Group owns the following websites, where it provides activities and travel-related services: staghero.com, derjga.de, top-evg.fr, utdrikningslagen.com, polterabender.dk, svensexor.se and corpoland.com.

These terms have been established in strict accordance with EU regulations regarding cancellations, customer rights, and consumer protections. They follow and often exceed the protections provided by the EU legislation.

These terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement," "Terms and Conditions," or "Terms") outline your legal rights and our commitments when you purchase activities or travel-related services from us, along with your responsibilities as our customer. 

Terms


Article 1: Definitions


Website: (further referred to as website, site, www, platform):  staghero.com, used by the Company to provide information about its products/services. 


Products/Services: Activities, transfers, direct and non-direct services sold by the Company through the website.


Company: MK WINTS Events  (further referred to as the 'Company', 'Firm', 'Us', 'We' or 'MK'), registered address: Ludwiki 4/28 in Warsaw, Poland; Tax Identification Number (NIP): 113-014-66-59, operating agent of the website.  "Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Corpoland Group - us - the company.


Client/Organiser: An individual or business placing an order for a product/service. Further  referred to as "You", "Client"  - this refers to the customer visiting our website, making a reservation with us, or using our services in any other way.


Participants: A group of people using products/services provided by the Company.


Suppliers: Third-party providers of the activities and services booked through the Stag Hero platform.


Initial Voucher: Email confirmation of the selected product/service, outlining key features, communication methods, prices and some important terms.


Final Voucher: Email confirmation sent after payment is received.


Amended Voucher: Status confirmation, sent after changes are made to the original reservation.


Covid Voucher: Coupon sent in case of any further Covid-19 restrictions, valid until the end of the following year, subject to terms and conditions.


Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions governing the use of the website and purchase of products/services


User Content : Any content submitted by users to the website, including reviews, photos, and comments.


Contract: (further referred to as "Contract", "Agreement") A legally binding agreement between You and Us that establishes specific rights and obligations. The following contract outlines terms for each party to follow.


Article 2: General Provisions


These Terms outline the general terms, rules, and procedures for purchasing products/services from the Company's website. The Company sells activities, airport transfers, and other services and is committed to providing these with due diligence and ensuring proper communication.


The Company organises activities as advertised on the website and sells products/services to all interested parties, regardless of race, age (of legal age only), origin, or gender.


The Company, in case of some of the activities/ products offered on the website, acts as a platform connecting Clients with third-party Suppliers for the provision of activities and services. 


The Company is not a travel agent and does not organise package holidays, does not offer plane tickets, facilitate hotel bookings, or sell any form of intercity or international transportation.


Article 3: Subject of the Contract, Payment Plan


Products/services are purchased directly on the website. The Client selects the product/service, delivery date, and pays a deposit of 20-100% depending on the chosen product.


The remaining balance is to be paid on the spot upon meeting the guide or via credit card - no later than 10 days before arrival. A secure payment link will be provided on request.


The price is secure after we receive the required payment, either in full or part, and the necessary documents (vouchers) have been issued, all subject to the Supplier's terms and conditions.


The remaining balance is payable in cash to the Company representative (further referred to as "Guide") at the gathering point before the event or by online credit card payment no later than 7 days before the event.


Credit card payments for deposits are not subject to credit card fees. Credit card payments for the balances ( if applicable) are subject to a 3% fee. 


Payments are credited to the Company's bank account or online payment processing account.


Upon payment, the Client receives the final voucher via email.


If the contract is completed as agreed, the deposit counts towards the payment. 


The contract is between the Company and the Client (or the business they represent). In addition to these Terms, Bookings are also subject to the Supplier's terms and conditions. In these cases the company acts as a disclosed agent on behalf of the Supplier.


The Organiser is obliged to relay the details of these terms to all participants.


The Participants must be over 18 years old to take part in the activities. The Organiser is obliged to make sure there are no minors among Participants..


Deposit payment implies acceptance of the Terms by the Client, the business they represent, and all participants.


The Company will issue a pro forma VAT invoice upon request and a VAT invoice within the legally specified timeframe.  Please note such request should be placed before payment is made.


The Company will try to accommodate requests to replace the product/service after the contract is concluded, but the final decision depends on the circumstances and is at the Company's discretion. 


Offers on the website are not commercial offers and are for informational purposes only. The Company reserves the right to correct any unintentional errors, mistakes or outdated information.


Article 4: Cancellation Policy - No Cancellation Fees.


We prioritise your peace of mind with our flexible cancellation policy. Here are the essential details to keep in mind.


When You want to Change The Number of Participants. Full Refund Policy


Initial, unpaid reservations are not binding and can be modified or cancelled at any time without charge and/or cancellation fees.


If you need to change the number of participants in your group, after you already paid, the amount already paid will be credited toward the remaining participants, effectively providing a full refund for those who are no longer attending provided You inform us in writing at least 7 days before the activity start time.  The minimum number of participants required for each activity must be maintained.


If you cancel less than 7 days before the activity start time, the amount you paid might not be refunded.  In this case we will still fully refund you if no monies has been paid by us to our suppliers. Therefore this depends on the activity you want to cancel and third - party cancellation policies. 


When You want to Cancel the Activity. No Cancellation Fees Policy


Initial, unpaid reservations are not binding and can be modified or cancelled at any time without charge and/or cancellation fee.


Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without reason, except for contracts for accommodation, transport, car rental, catering, or leisure/entertainment/sports/cultural events with a specified date or a specified period of service. 


Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit given (which means a contract has been confirmed) means that if one side doesn’t follow through, the other side can cancel the contract. They can keep the deposit if they received it or, if they gave it, they can demand double back.


For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. 


Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time. 


This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.



Article 5: Our Right to Cancel/ Withdraw


All clients must be of legal age to order and use the Company's products/services.


If the contract is canceled, the deposit is returned, and the obligation to pay double no longer applies. This also applies if the contract wasn’t completed due to reasons outside either party’s control, or if both parties are responsible.


In extraordinary circumstances preventing contract fulfilment, the Company may rescind the contract within two days and refund the full amount paid.


Vouchers cannot be exchanged for money.


In extraordinary cases requiring changes to the venue or time of the product/service due to reasons beyond the Company's control, the Company will notify the Client immediately. All other provisions and obligations remain unchanged.


 If it’s canceled because of the force majeure, weather or supplier's autonomous decision, You’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.



Article 6: Insurance


Clients and participants use the Company's products/services at their own risk.

Participants are not insured by the Company.

Clients and participants should have valid health insurance coverage.

Most of the Company's subcontractors have basic third-party liability coverage.

Some activities, like skydiving, zorbing, or ATV tours, are considered extreme sports and may not be covered by insurance, especially if participants are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Additional insurance coverage should be obtained if needed.


In case of contract rescission due to illness, insurance or credit card travel insurance may be applicable.


Additional insurance can be purchased.


Article 7: Complaint Process


Complaints can be submitted via email to hello@staghero.com or by registered mail to the Company's address. A valid complaint should include the Client's name, address, email, contract date, and a description of the issue.


Complaints will be processed within 14 days. The Company may request additional information if needed.


The response  will be sent to the email or address provided by the complaining party. Any refunds granted will be made to the same account used for the payment


Article 8: Online Payments


The payment card operator is PayPro SA Agent Rozliczeń  ( Przelewy24 / P24) or Stripe . For bank transfers or credit card payments via PayPro. Stripe, payment is due within the order placement timeframe.

PayPro/Stripe / Credit Card  payments can only be made by authorised users.


The company provides a secure transaction form. Data is transferred to payment getaway partners via encrypted connections. Customers are redirected to the bank's or payment card operator's website to complete the payment.


Article 9: Content and User-Generated Content


"User Content" refers to any content that you or other users submit to the Website, including reviews, photos, comments, and other contributions.

By submitting User Content, you grant StagHero a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content for any purpose.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and ensure it complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

StagHero reserves the right to remove or modify User Content at its discretion.


Article 10: Final Provisions


Matters not covered in these Terms are governed by the Polish Civil Code.

Disputes will be resolved out of court first, if possible (e.g., through mediation).

If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Company's registered office.

For consumer contracts, disputes will be heard by a competent court according to the Polish Civil Procedure Code.

The Company processes personal information for providing products/services and fulfilling contracts. Customers can access, modify, and delete their personal information.
