WHAT TO EXPECT

 Here's our no-stress policy for your Gdansk airport transfer:

 1. Flight delays. If your flight arrives late, some other airport transfer companies will cancel your order. As we have many minivans and buses in our fleet, we will certainly be able to pick you up, provided you notify us about the delay in advance. There might be a small surcharge if you are over 30 minutes late. 

 2. It happens that people decide to join the party at the very last minute and in the end your group is bigger than the maximum number of seats available in your pre-booked minibus. If this is the case, we will find you a minibus that can accommodate the whole group and we will only charge you for the extra single/people (paid on arrival). No penalty charges! The only condition – we’ll need to know a bit in advance.

3. In the same vein, if you inform us a few days in advance that the groups will be smaller (check our TERMS & CONDITIONS for exact time of notice expected), we will not charge you for the overbooked seats.
