We guarantee the lowest price on over 500 activities available on our site. If you find the same experience cheaper online up with same flexible terms and stuff included, we'll refund the difference.

How to Claim

1. Gather your information — have your Booking Number or Itinerary Reference Number ready, along with proof of the lower price you found.
2. Send it to us — email the documents along with your name and home address to our support team.
3. We'll review — our team will assess your submission and contact you promptly.
4. Get your refund — if everything checks out, we'll refund the difference between the two prices.

Some Terms & Conditions

If you find a lower publicly available retail or prepaid rate for the same activity — with identical inclusions, on the same date and in the same currency as your original booking — on any website prior to confirming your booking, or within 24 hours of paying your initial deposit, we will refund the difference.*

The Best Price Guarantee applies to qualifying purchases made through corpoland.com, staghero.com, and other Corpoland Group websites, with a minimum purchase value of EUR 200 (or equivalent). The following are excluded from this guarantee: prepaid drink packages, VIP rooms and tables, shared activities, show tickets, concert tickets, event tickets, all shared activities.

This guarantee applies only to rates available to the general public. It does not cover prices available through membership programmes, corporate discounts, daily deals, group offers, or rewards schemes. It cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer.

Corpoland Group reserves the right to verify all submitted price claims. All refund decisions are made at Corpoland Group's sole discretion. Please allow 7–14 working days for assessment and processing.
