We observe data protection regulations, namely the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).  You can access and browse our website without providing direct personal information (such as your name, postal address, or email address). Again, we do need to collect and store certain basic information so as to enable you to make a reservation.

A few days after your booking is completed, we might send email regarding your feedback. That's it.

  5. . We collect all the information you provide and keep it only as long as is necessary for the time of preparation and completion of your booking. After your booking is complete, the data could be kept longer for reasons of evidence. The legal basis for this is Article 6, Section 1 (a) (b) as well as (f) of GDPR.
