Cancellation Policy - Free Cancellation & Full Refund


1. Participant Cancellation

If individual participants in your group need to cancel, please review the following policies based on the specific dates of your chosen activity:


Full Refund

To receive a full refund for participants who need to cancel, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the start time of the activity. In such case the money paid will count towards the payments for the remaining participants. A minimum number of participants per activity applies.


Full Refund for last minute bookings

For last-minute bookings (48 hours or less), we recommend paying the deposit to speed up the process and secure a spot for your group. If the activity is unavailable, we will offer an alternative time slot. If you decide not to accept it, a full refund will be issued.


Partial Refund - No cancellation fees.

If you cancel less than 7 days* before the activity start time, no additional cancellation fees will apply beyond the amount already paid. However, payments made for the canceled participants, including their share of the initial payment, cannot be transferred to the remaining participants. A minimum number of participants per activity applies.

If you adjust the number of people and then cancel, the refund will be based on the original number of participants booked.


2. Activity Cancellation

If you choose to cancel the entire activity, the following applies:

No further payments are necessary. All payments made to date will be retained by Us to cover our cost. No further Cancellation Fees will apply.


3. Custom

For activities with a custom cancellation policy, please check the specific terms on the activity page under the overview section or refer to the information provided by your booker. This mainly applies to pre-paid shared cruises, drink packages, and VIP table reservations.


*Cut-off times are based on the activity local time.
