Cancellation Policy - Free Cancellation & Full Refund/ Partial Refund Terms


1. Participants Cancellation

If individual participants in your group need to cancel, please review the following policies based on the specific dates of your chosen activity:


Full Refund

To receive a full refund for participants who need to cancel, cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to the start time of the activity. In such case the money paid will count towards the payments for the remaining participants. A minimum number of participants per activity applies.


Partial Refund - No cancellation fees.

If you cancel less than 10 days before the activity start time, no additional cancellation fees will apply beyond the amount already paid. However, payments made for the canceled participants, including their share of the initial payment, cannot be transferred to the remaining participants. A minimum number of participants per activity applies.


2. Activity Cancellation

If you choose to cancel the entire activity, more than 10 days before activity start time*, the following applies: No further payments are necessary. All payments made to date (usually deposit) will be retained by Us to cover our cost. No Cancellation Fees will apply.

If you cancel less than 10 days before the activity start time, the full amount is due as we have most likely booked and paid for it already. However, depending on our incurred costs, the activity type, and the destination, we may at our sole discretion issue a partial refund of up to 70% of the total amount paid. 

Payments made for canceled activity cannot be transferred to remaining activities.

If you adjust the number of participants and subsequently cancel, any refund / monies due calculation will be based on the original number of participants booked.

3. Custom bookings

For activities with a custom cancellation policy, please check the specific terms on the activity page under the overview section or refer to the information provided by your booker. This mainly applies to pre-paid shared cruises, pub crawls, drink packages, and VIP table/ room reservations where full refund may not apply.


4. Full Refund for last minute bookings

For last-minute bookings (48 hours or less), we recommend paying the deposit asap or sometimes full amount to speed up the process and secure a spot for your group so we can start to work on it immediately. If the activity is unavailable, we will offer an alternative time slot. If you decide not to accept it, a full refund will be issued within 7 days.
