You arrive at the park, where the chef has the professional BBQ set up and the grill smoking. The music speaker gets the mood going, and you open your own drinks while the chef gets to work. Over 1.5 hours, you tuck into 4 types of meat or vegetables with fresh salads, crusty bread and a choice of sauces, served on proper plates with cutlery. Everyone eats as much as they like, with plenty of time for banter, a few toasts to the groom and some friendly competition over the last piece of meat.
