During the workshop, the brewer will dish out some cool facts about the brewery, walk you through the brewing process, and give you the lowdown on the brewery's history. After the workshop, you'll enjoy a tasty meal at a communal table with a bunch of delicious options. Think pork knuckle with roasted potatoes and cabbage, fish on a creamy puree with seasonal veggies, or grilled seasonal veggies with the chef's special sauce. Plus, you'll get to taste the brewery's homemade beer, sampling four different types including lager, ale, and wheat beer, all in 125 ml servings. The brewery restaurant has a seasonal menu that updates at least four times a year, and there's a new beer flavor every month and a half. They've got space for up to 270 guests across more than 1000 m2, with the main hall right by the brewing vats or in a cozy private room in the brewery cellars.
