You arrive at the venue, where the qualified instructor gives a safety briefing and shows you the basic throwing technique. Even complete beginners are usually hitting the target within a few minutes. Over 1 hour, you throw at the targets, with all the gear and safety equipment provided. Expect friendly rivalry, mini-tournaments and plenty of cheering for every bullseye and every miss. You can run a knockout, with the groom facing the best man in the final.

Wear comfortable clothes and closed shoes, as they are required for safety. Please keep the celebrating for after the session, as alcohol and sharp objects don't mix.

Axe throwing is all about precision and bragging rights, so it pairs well with other skill-based games. Add the pistol shooting activity for a double-header, or finish the afternoon with a whisky tasting to toast the winner
