Your group will head to the Red Light Workshop, a private venue located on Trompettersteeg (the narrowest alley in Amsterdam). Here is how the 1.5-hour session goes down:

• The Warm-Up: You are welcomed into a private classroom setting with a complimentary beer, wine, or soft drink to loosen the nerves. The atmosphere is relaxed, respectful, and geared towards fun.
• The Theory: A professional, female instructor will walk you through the anatomy of female pleasure. Forget high school biology; this is the advanced stuff they didn't teach you. You'll learn about the "zones," rhythm, and pressure in a way that is easy to understand and surprisingly fascinating.
• The Practice (On Props!): No, you won't be practising on each other! The workshop uses realistic silicone models and fruit (often grapefruits or melons) to practice techniques. It’s hands-on training where you’ll master the "ABCs," the "Butterfly," and other tongue-twisting moves.

No. This is an educational workshop — you and the instructor remain fully clothed throughout. All techniques are demonstrated and practised using props and anatomical models, not real people.

Do we practise on real people? +

No. All techniques are practised on high-quality silicone anatomical models and props. This keeps the experience comfortable, hygienic, and focused on learning.

What if someone in our group arrives very drunk? +

For the respect of the instructor and other participants, anyone who is visibly too intoxicated to participate may be refused entry by the venue. We recommend saving the heavy drinking for after the workshop.

What happens if we arrive late? +

Sessions start on time and late arrivals will miss part of the workshop. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early. If you are running late, contact your StagHero coordinator immediately.

Is photography or filming allowed during the workshop? +

Photography and filming policies are set by the venue. As a general rule, assume no filming unless the instructor explicitly gives permission on the day.
